With the wine industry growing like wild fire, and the importing of cheese on the upswing, it's difficult to keep up with all of the new rising stars. Join us for the "Unique Pairings" tasting series as we explore these hand-crafted creations during hands-on, informative demonstrations with regional themes. Events will be hosted at Viking Culinary Arts Center on Peachtree. Over the next six months join Whole Foods Market on Ponce, Viking Culinary Arts Center and The Taste Network for our public events. Each PUBLIC event begins with a networking reception and reaches greater depths focused on building a comprehensive knowledge around wine & cheese pairings. Each event will showcase five pairings of wine and cheese in a hands-on, demonstration and informative format. Join us for delicious presentations focused on Boutique Wines, Handcrafted Cheeses & Exquisite Cuisine. Our past events have brought Asian Zinfandel BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pinot Noir Pork Carnitas, Pineapple and Chardonnay Confetti Coleslaw and Purple Potato Salad.
